Return Policy

At Harbor Sydney, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest quality standards. As a result, our return policy is strictly enforced to protect product integrity. Please read carefully before initiating a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Approval is subject to case-by-case review, and returns are not guaranteed. If approved, the item must be returned in original condition, and a restocking fee may apply.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, customers may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund upon assessment.

Strict Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Any signs of wear, handling, or damage will result in rejection.
  • All return requests must be submitted within the required timeframe (14 days for Australian orders, 21 days for international orders). Late requests will not be processed.
  • Sale items, earrings, swimwear, and any items showing wear, stains, or modifications are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are only granted for faulty or incorrect items after a thorough quality inspection.
  • Exchanges are not offered. If a return is approved, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable return processing fees will be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via tracked shipping, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a return label only upon approval of the claim. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at harborsydney@outlook.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your return request.
  2. Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions if approved.
  3. If your return is accepted, you will be provided with the necessary details to complete the process. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not fully comply with our policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns for discretionary reasons, including cases where the item does not meet quality standards.
  • Store credit, once issued, cannot be converted into a refund under any circumstances.
